Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal to join a highly reputable law firm with a large client base in NY, NJ, CA, and FL.
This is a fully REMOTE position but you will be required to attend courts as needed once they reopen.
You can live in ANY state but have an active California State Bar as well as significant (MINIMUM of 5+ years Plaintiff’s Personal Injury experience is REQUIRED)!

Prominent Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its firm to represent California clients.
This will be a FULLY REMOTE role but will require courtroom, depositions, negotiation time as the courts begin to reopen!
The ideal candidate needs to be a team player and is prepared to work heavy caseloads.

Attorney responsibilities include: * Work a heavy caseload * Work closely with clients from inception to close * Strong drafting skills (well-written resume and writing samples a must) * Prior litigation experience * Ability to start within the next month or sooner Requirements include: * Minimum of 5+ years of experience REQUIRED in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury.
10+ years preferred.
* Civil Litigation experience, 5+ years required * Must be a licensed attorney and in good standing with the NY bar * Exceptional customer service skills Successful candidates for the Attorney role will be polished, smart, well-spoken and have a passion for civil litigation.
Someone who is able to work with minimal guidance and is able to prioritize tasks would be a good fit for this role.
