Personal Assistant/House Manager Assistant

Job Summary

Position is responsible for managing and performing a variety of responsibilities in support of the individual’s operations.

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills Must be MAC proficient Knowledge in smart homes Apple computer and software tech
– ability to trouble shoot No nannies need to apply Occasional event planning Running errands, making appointments, and scheduling calendar events and vacations Willingness to take on additional responsibilities for other tasks and projects as needed Able to work within deadlines, quick on their feet, calm and cool under pressure Must have common sense and logic Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Prior experience as an house manager/executive assistant and or personal assistant (3-5 years previous experience preferred) must have have references Background check required.

Must have your own reliable car Must speak read and write in English very well.

Must be bi-lingual English and Spanish Hours 9am-5:30pm Monday
– Friday must be available to answer text or email 7 days a week.
