You are: You will transform the way our clients operate, by contributing to the design and stand-up of leading class marketing operating models and services.

Your focus will be on partnering with our clients and leadership to understand our client’s marketing needs, assess their organizational architectures and ways of working, and designing and standing up large-scale solutions that unlock value and deliver growth and efficiency.

You will drive new ideas with clients and leadership teams to deliver scalable solutions and will leverage Accenture’s go to market strategy to effectively activate our scaled services, including creative agency services, content, campaign, performance marketing, media, ecommerce, and analytics.

You’ll mobilize teams to deliver strategic solutions, including operating models, value cases, and roadmaps, and will work with our clients and teams to activate new ways of working enabling leading digital platforms and services.

The work: Contributing to new operating model designs and articulation of scaled services for our clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance to unlock value and meet desired business outcomes.

Gathering, organizing, and analyzing information from our clients to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve integrated marketing performance and operations and designing roadmaps and operations to deliver this.

Developing new processes and ways of working, as well as managing the standing-up and rolling out those transformational changes with scaled services Mobilizing workstream(s) of the new operating model by partnering with internal teams and clients to operate in a new way of working Managing project plans, timelines, activities, and deliverables in standing up service model Partnering on sales opportunities to bring transformative meaningful solutions to our clients Working with architects to iterate on solutions for the right teams, roles and locations to deliver successful services Here’s what you need: Minimum of 7 years’ marketing / marketing operations experience with a specialization in performance media in a consulting, professional services or large-scale digital agency or business Minimum 5 years’ experience in a wide variety of platforms such as DSPs, social platforms, ad servers, etc.

to plan, activate and optimize across standard programmatic, display, video, paid search and paid social Minimum 7 years of client facing experience with demonstrated proactive behavior Minimum of bachelor’s degree Set Yourself Apart: Deep understanding of the media landscape
– both offline and online Deep understanding of media planning and strategy Good understanding of end-to-end process in marketing, sales and service organizations Ability to analyze business problems and identify root causes as it relates to marketing and media and articulate to non-media or non-marketing stakeholders Comfortable serving as a strategic advisor, directly working with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders Experience working on a broad range of accounts or teams; Cross-Industry (Travel, Financial Services, CPG) Cross-Tactic (Branding, Awareness, Acquisition) Cross-Functional (Brand Management, Planning, Campaign Management, Ad Ops, Content) Lead media programs as a part of cross-functional campaign management projects including campaign planning, activation, optimization and measurement Bonus Points if: Experience mobilizing new organizational solutions for client teams Experience defining strategies that improve business outcomes Strong knowledge in integrated marketing operations and processes with expertise in mobilization of scaled services in one or more core areas of focus (content, campaign, performance marketing, media, analytics) As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is$119,880
