This growing company is currently searching for a dependable, out-going individual who enjoys working with the public to fill a key position in our organization.

The Patient Coordinator is the face of the company and plays an important role in the quality of service provided to our patients.

This individual will need to be flexible with their schedule as coverage for earlier or later shifts may be needed.

Weekday and holiday coverage may also be discussed.

Responsibilities: Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator / Medical ReceptionistScheduling patient appointmentsGreeting patients and visitors in a courteous and helpful mannerChecking patients in and out of the clinic which includes explanation of benefits, collection of co-payments, and having patients complete their paperworkAnswering incoming telephone lines and directing calls to the appropriate partyMailing and faxing reportsMaintaining inventory of office supplies and printed formsOther duties as assigned by the Clinic Administrator Qualifications: Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator / Medical ReceptionistHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrior Medical Office Experience is preferredExcellent Customer Service AbilityExcellent Organizational SkillsProfessional Appearance and DemeanorDependableComputer ExperienceReliable TransportationBilingual is a plusThe COVID-19 vaccination is/may be a condition of employment.
