The partnership provides pilots with a jumpstart for their career with the rare opportunity to fly a 737 as a First Officer.
Our Pathway to Success Program will provide pilots that meet ATP / R-ATP minimums the opportunity to complete their ATP via an AAWW vetted program that includes the Airline Transport Pilot Certificate Training Program (ATP / CTP), ATP Written Exam, ATP Practical Exam, and an Introduction to Boeing Course designed to prepare you to fly the 737.
The Pathway to Success Program provides well qualified candidates with a program valued at over $16,000 and the chance to start their career and earn one of the aviation industry’s most valuable type ratings.

If not an MEI, must meet the Multi-Engine R-ATP/ATP hour requirements.Minimum age of 23Total flight time minimums to begin CAE Program:1,500 hours eligible for unrestricted ATP1,250 hours
– with qualifying 2 year aviation university program / R-ATP Eligible1,000 hours

– military flight training graduates/ R-ATP / ATP EligibleSuccessful candidates may receive a conditional job offer as a Southern Air 737 First Officer.
