We are a Media company that produces a monthly magazine, two online newsletters, two websites as well as plans and executes an annual trade show.The successful candidate should have event planning/coordination, including food and beverage budget management, contracting and scheduling with vendors and onsite support at show.
Social media and marketing experience are required.Duties include, providing administrative support to a small office, making travel arrangements, developing and scheduling newsletters, research and other miscellaneous tasks to support the publisher and our sales team.
Must be flexible, think outside the box and a team player.
Must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel experience, and web-building software.
He/she must be able to travel for trade shows and other in-house events.Our offices are located near LAX.
