Paralegal III is responsible for working directly with letterhead attorneys and support the staff attorney group on high-level, complex litigation cases. This is a high-level role with transparency throughout the firm and case work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support at trial (including out of state)
- Assist with discovery, including drafting written discovery and objections, participating in collection process, conducting document review and assisting with document production
- Develop case organization protocols and manage team and work product during trial
- Conduct in-depth legal research and cite check documents (federal and state)
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in high-level litigation role
- Project management experience leading support teams and directly supporting attorneys at trial
- Legal support software: Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity, CaseNotebook, Billing tools
- Strong organization and communication skills
