Paralegal

Ambitious and growing law firm looking for a Bilingual Paralegal to deliver excellent service to clients. Opportunities for growth and advancement. Primary job functions include:

• Conducting telephonic intakes with clients to capture detailed information about their case.
• Communicating clearly with clients.
• Drafting succinct and detailed factual summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years of law firm experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) Strongly Preferred!
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, and cell phone.
• We are looking for someone who is an ambitious, hard worker willing to work hard and hit their daily metrics.
• Must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.
