- Conducting telephonic intakes with clients to capture detailed information about their case.
- Communicating clearly and empathetically with clients.
- Drafting succinct and detailed factual summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of law firm experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) Strongly Preferred!
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, and cell phone.
- We are looking for someone who is an ambitious, hard worker willing to work hard and hit their daily metrics.
- Must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.
