We have just been approached by a premier litigation boutique law firm in the area that is looking for a Paralegal to join their growing firm. This firm is successful, high-end, and looking to expand its support staff. Now is a great time to get in while the firm is growing, and be a part of something great!
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal.
Qualifications:
- Extensive and very recent paralegal experience in a law firm is REQUIRED.
- Ideal candidates will have trial prep experience, know how to handle billable hours, and will have some experience working with smaller law firms.
- The ability to work in a high-volume environment with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good job tenure and goodwill from attorneys they have supported within the last 4 years.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to pick up administrative duties when paralegal tasks are light.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- BA/BS preferred, but not required.
Salary: BOE
