Executive Assistant

Our client, a leading vertically-integrated cannabis company, has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team.

While this position is mostly remote, strong preference will be given to candidates based in Denver, Aspen and Los Angeles.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the calendars and commitments of the CEO and leadership team Routinely plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and conference calls, across multiple time zones, coordinate agendas, and resolve schedule conflicts in a timely manner Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the cultivation and processing leaders and team members Manage travel, accommodation, and other logistics for conferences and sales meetings Prioritize CEO’s needs while maintaining high levels of discretion, integrity, and judgment when handling highly confidential and proprietary materials Assist in posting to corporate social media accounts such as LinkedIn, FaceBook, Instagram, etc.

Provide as-needed administrative support to company team members

Requirements
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Proactive, helpful attitude, no task is too big or too small, no task is ‘not my job’ Experience in calendar management, with discretion to manage several calendars and personal information Ability to take direction, exercise discretion, work independently and anticipate the needs of others Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work across multiple timezones Organization skills and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks Flexibility to adjust to new tasks if company or office needs change Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and professionally with all staff Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly with minimal supervision Expert command of Google Suite and MS Office Ability to travel approximately 20% Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check and drug test (cannabis excepted)
