Job Details: WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Manager Delivery & Process Innovation plays a critical role in developing and managing hybrid or shared services models to operations across multiple enterprise platforms to create a streamlined delivery and implementation approach for CNB’s Entertainment payment ecosystem solutions. This individual is a creative, solution-oriented thinker and leader building a new capability for delivering complex technology and banking solutions to clients. Supports the structuring of a solution portfolio to entice new and existing clients to participate in business support and technology services beyond premium CNB banking. Advises clients on processes improvement opportunities and change management for complex enterprise technology solutions. Leverages software solutions and a deep subject matter expertise around payment processing in all entertainment lines of business to solve essential pain points for clients. Delivers internal and external results through leadership, process, people, and technology to continue CNB’s differentiated position in entertainment business banking
Treasury Management Solutions DivisionAs a member of City National’s Treasury Management Solutions group, you will make a difference by delivering integrated technology solutions to help clients more efficiently manage their businesses and working capital. This group drives and supports the bank’s cash management products and services that won City National four of its 11 Greenwich Excellence Awards in 2018.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Through a collaborative approach with executive, technical, and operational colleagues provide leadership to build a sustainable structure that streamlines processes, knowledge and tools across multiple entities to create greater operational integration and efficiencies for delivering complex enterprise technology solutions to clients
  • Create a scalable operational structure that outlines measurable success resulting from deploying additional CNB payment services
  • Liaise with current and prospective clients to enhance their overall working capital banking experience, including:
  • o Alignment between the client’s needs and CNB’s offerings (both core and Fintechs)
  • o Leverage subject matter expertise to validate CNB’s understanding of the client’s business needs
  • o Initiate and maintain collaboration between clients, CNB Finechs and CNB to create new protocols and pivot existing protocols to meet their needs
  • o Guide business processes to eliminate redundancies and showcase paths to greater efficiencies
  • o Anticipate needs and troubleshoot challenges, utilizing both software and personnel solutions
  • Create a scalable infrastructure:
  • o Design a road map for future success for staffing and workforce structures
  • o Generate relevant, personalized, and targeted strategies that drive revenue and growth
  • o Identify operational, technical, and staffing needs and develop solution strategies

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years in a Senior Operations Leadership Role
  • 5+ years’ experience with Enterprise Technology Implementations
  • 5+ years’ experience with Process Management: Design/Re-engineering
