The Do Better Directive Dispatch is a boutique dispatch firm seeking owner-operators and fleet owners who are looking to increase revenue and decrease the stress of keeping your trucks rolling.
We pride ourselves on catering to the needs of our drivers and making sure that we build an excellent dispatcher/driver relationship through communication and professionalism.
Here’s what we do:
Use our access to special rates and relationships to negotiate the best paying rates on loads
Calculate your breakeven point so we book loads that make you profitable
Run credit checks on brokers/shippers to help ensure you’ll get paid
Provide dedicated portals for carriers and their drivers to access their loads on mobile or desktop
Get to know our drivers’ likes/dislikes personally by limiting our dispatchers to 5-7 trucks each
Give direct access to your dispatcher during business hours and an on-call dispatcher after hours
Get you every dollar you’re owed by requesting TONU and detention time payments
Fill out all setup and load paperwork with brokers/shippers
Request certificates of insurance for brokers/shippers as needed
We want to ensure that the drivers we work with are set up for success.
That’s why to join us you’ll need:
An active authority (1 year+ preferred, but not required)
A qualified driver with valid CDL
A 53′ truck & trailer combo (trailer must be a dry van, reefer, or flatbed)
Proof of $1M in auto-liability & $100K in cargo coverage with us as certificate holders
