Job Description Job description:A leading distributor of health and wellness brands based in Los Angeles/Pacoima is looking for a self-motivated and resourceful individual to fill the role of Fulfillment Associate . If you are passionate about serving customers byaccurately processing their orders and if helping a team poised to reach new levels motivates you, then this is the opportunity for you!What you’ll be doing:In our warehouse, this role will be split mainly between pick-packing orders and processing shipments for our wholesale and direct to consumer channelsAs we need to stock our products, you will receive and store deliveries and process paperwork accordinglyKeeping the warehouse and equipment organized and tidy so your workplace remains safe to perform your responsibilities. At times you will have to carry boxes up to 40lbs. Because we handle inventory and need to keep track of it, you will be part of our quaterly inventory count.You will also be working with the Customer Support team to help resolve issues about clients’ ordersYou should have the ability to:- Be persistent in problem solving, seeking solutions through the expertise of both self and others, researching the facts with care and resolving problems in a timely and thorough manner.- Establish and build relationships by listening to what others have to say. Be consistent in the manner in which a task is tackled, work within organizational requirements.- Provide practical advice and solutions to problems and ensure that tasks are followed through, loose ends are tied up and the job is completed.- Search out errors, rectify omissions, perfect systems and procedures which will ultimately raise the quality and standards of all tasks undertaken.We will train you so you become familiar with our products and systems.The ideal candidate will possess the following:- Some experience in pick-pack and order fulfillment for wholesale clients and E-commerce in a warehouse environment- Understanding of Web technologies, E-Commerce and ordering systems- Excellent time management (this is critical!), prioritization and organization skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamdynamic personality, self-motivated, confident and creative energy- Proficient with Microsoft Office- Able to perform other duties as necessary, assist in day-to-day activities as needed, enjoy being a team member!The following additional qualifications will help a candidate stand out:- Forklift certification- Experience in food, nutrition, wellness, medical, and/or supplements a plus- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central processThis position is based out of Pacoima, California.Mandatory: thank you to add your hourly wage expectations along with your resume.
