Office Coordinator

mPulse is looking for an energetic Office Coordinator with a desire to work with a Best in Class team in a fun, fast paced, collaborative environment.

This role will provide direct assistance to all mPulse team members at our Encino headquarters.

Responsibilities Duties & Responsibilities:Engages office staff in a positive manner and ensures operational functions are running smoothly in the office.&Organizes workspace and facility in a safe and effective manner.& &Checking Mail/&coordinating&Deliveries &Help organize and maintain office common areas and conference rooms.& &Maintains office equipment as needed.& &Keep inventory of all office supplies, snacks and beverages for the office.

& &Restock coffee, coffee supplies, snacks, and beverages in all kitchens.

& &Order/pickup lunch for the office, complete full set-up and breakdown (1x week or more depending on meeting schedules)&Assists with setting up & breakdown for team events (on-site & off-site)&Prepare the office space for events and holiday celebrations& &Facilities and Building coordination &Performing general office clerk duties and errands.Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Office Manager.

& &Special Projects for Office Management & Duties & Responsibilities:Experience as an office assistant or in related field.Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.& &Warm personality with strong communication skills.& &Ability to work well under limited supervision.
