Specific duties to include, but are not limited to, the following:Subject matter expert on IT cost flow distributions, sector cost recoveries and IWO contractsInterface with program managers, functional management, and project managers to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program and operational requirementsFocal point for Recurring Support for ES which include Indicated Final Cost (IFC), Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as well as monthly reporting and analysis on historical cost and trends.Communicate effectively within the team and with internal and external customersEnsure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records, monitoring requirements, and overall cost management to baseline.Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled, assessment and maintenance of objective performance criteria, maintenance and justifications of estimates to completePerform analyses and support MPM EV reporting (i.E., validation).Support to internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysisLead in various working groups that address process improvement and operational efficiency goals as well as encourage cross collaboration across various areas of our Business Management OrganizationRecurring financial support for International Entities, focal point for Planning, Forecasting and billing of ES costs to/from sector International SubsidiariesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in business management, accounting, finance, or related field with 10 years’ of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 8 years’ experienceProfienciency with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEarned value experience and knowledge of COBRA, SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systemsExperience working in team settings with successful resultsPreferred Qualifications:Earned value experience and knowledge of MPM, SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent organizational and prioritization skillMicrosoft Dynamics experience Salary minimum: $85,680 Salary maximum: $128,520 Total Rewards: Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
