You will support our customers and Peraton Business Development Team by assisting in the advancement of new and emerging IO technologies.
The position is a Business Development IO Strategy Advisor position.
Roles and Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum Information Operations support as an advisor on IO engagement across the Combatant Commands and all Federal Agencies Provide assistance in planning and targeting support to integrate and synchronize IO exercises Duties include assisting in development of business strategy with military operational plans and development of innovative solutions to complex problems for our IO partnerships Assisting as required in development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and new strategies involving the use of IO Campaigns Participate in meetings, conferences and technology related events and experiments with the Northrop Grumman IO Business Development Team Provide technical expertise, support and management on the implementation of Information Operations (IO) related programs, projects and capabilities for all our IO Partners Assist with our ability to Interface, coordinate and leverage ongoing IO research and development (R& D) efforts across industry, US government and academia Maintain on call availability on a rotational basis with other team members for limited periods Note: Travel to customer sites as requiredBasic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of Military IO joint planning and experience or a combined total of a minimum of 18 years between education and relevant experience 5 8 + years of US Military Forces IO planning at the service or joint level supporting operations in the CCMDs AORs Demonstrated Ability to develop IO strategies and CONOPs and coordinate approvals with internal and external stakeholders at the senior military levels Able to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations as required by the program.
Possess a current U.S.
Passport.
Position requires an active TS/SCI Clearance (or higher)Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree with recent (last 2 years) Joint or senior Military Service Level Information Operation Experience with multiple US Military Combatant Commands Experience working in the combatant commands customer space as an individual technical contributor Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with customer-based communication systems Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills; ability to create a positive and productive work environment.
