nCino Senior Business Analyst will work with business users to gather and define business requirements; translate the requirements into user stories, process changes and work flows to solve business problems.

Work with Salesforce Center of Excellence business and technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions to meet business needs, including ongoing support of the introduction of new features and capabilities.(br((br((strong(Marketing Product and Digital Division(/strong((br(As a member of our Marketing, Product and Digital team, you will have an exceptional opportunity to help grow your career while driving change across many facets of the business.

The team is passionately focused on building our brand, supporting banking products and finding innovative ways to engage and retain clients.(br((br((strong(WHAT WILL YOU DO?(/strong((br((ul((li(Perform fit-gap analysis between existing Salesforce functionality and nCino requirements.

Implement fixes to remediate the gaps such there is no impact on current users.(/li((li(End-to-end delivery of nCino solution working closely with Sales & Technical teams for discovery & framing sessions and ongoing user sessions to understand user needs.(/li((li(Participate in Discovery & Framing sessions and ongoing user sessions to understand user needs.(/li((li(Gather and define business requirements; translate them into user stories and process flows.

Develop functional and technical design and implementation; provide demos to leadership; user acceptance testing with team; end-user deployment; adoption and training.(/li((li(Engage with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Business SMEs as appropriate to refine user stories.

Collaborate with Development team to explain the user-stories and conduct user-story acceptance with Business.(/li((li(Support the creation, documentation, and prioritization of user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements to clearly articulate the “why” (not just the “how”) that will enable seamless, highly-performant digital products.(/li((li(Lead the “scrum” stand-up and product enhancement meetings, implements and ensures scrum process is followed.

Drive continuous improvements among the team increasing velocity and value(/li((li(Arrange and run sprint planning, reviews, sprint retrospectives, and develops sprint calendar.(/li((li(Support assessment of Business value to groom the Product backlog.

Develop Value Documents for the sprints(/li((li(Prescribes nCino application usages aligned to target requirements including alternatives analysis(/li((li(Lead Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements(/li((/ul((br((br((strong(WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?(/strong((br((br((strong(Must-Have*(/strong((br((ul((li(5+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst delivering Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud projects.(br((/li((li(Minimum 2-3 years of nCino experience including previous nCino implementation experience.(br((/li((li(In-depth knowledge of commercial banking principles, practices, and procedures.(br((/li((/ul((strong(Skills and Knowledge(/strong((br((ul((li(BA / BS degree or equivalent(/li((li(Individuals who are passionate about leveraging the nCino and Salesforce platform, preference for those individuals with related nCino & Salesforce certifications.(br((/li((li(Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodologies: Agile documentation experience including Backlogs, Customer Journeys, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria…etc.(br((/li((li(Ability to work with product owners, business, functional lead and scrum team to pick up prioritized user-stories from the backlog”(br((/li((/ul((br((strong(*To be considered for this position you must meet at least these basic qualifications(/strong((br(The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
