My name is Bracey Arman Wright, and I’m the owner at the Autumn Agency. If this is your first time applying for an insurance position, this may be new to you. If you’ve been in the industry then you know that the insurance industry is the WORST at giving you zero support until you’ve proven yourself and if you’re still around in 6 months maybe they’ll invest in you. I believe this is a POOR business habit. I understand insurance isn’t for everyone. I get that. I’m not passionate about insurance, but I am passionate about coaching, teaching and helping people who want to become leaders and build a business.

I believe you MUST bring on the right people, then invest heavily in equipping them with EVERYTHING they need to succeed at a high level.
