Merchant Operations strives for a “happy to help, one team” mentality to provide merchant partners and members with a positive experience that keeps them excited about engaging with Honey, while ensuring that we monetize as a company.

What You’ll Do:
- Support initiatives and special projects led by the Sr.
Manager of Merchant Operations
- Act as the first touchpoint for all Merchants onboarded to Honey
- Support ongoing merchant needs and inquiries through our internal emailing system
- Oversee lead generation opportunities to increase our monetization efforts and transfer new partners to Partnerships
- Analyze store performance to detect issues, investigate store checkout and gaps in tracking
- Manage all tracking link creation, migration, upkeep and removal to support Honey’s monetization effort
- Troubleshoot coupon code or sale ingestion and determine solutions for optimal display
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team on all merchant needs through slack and email
- Work cross-functionally with the Product team on select projects and larger initiatives to reach PayPal company-wide goals
- Oversee the success of internal projects by collaborating amongst the Merchant Operations team, providing weekly updates, and overseeing success
- Provide support to the outsourced Deals and Store Creation teams located in the Philippines
- Support larger brand risk initiatives by mitigating what merchants we can add, while auditing past merchants on a quarterly basis
- Identify process improvement, workflow operations, and complete new projects or audits on an as-needed basis
Nice-to-haves:
- Background with JIRA, Atlassian, Trello, or other project management systems
- Familiarity with HelpScout or Zendesk
- Salesforce knowledge
- Experience working on cross-functional team projects
