Job Details
We are looking to hire a Merchant Operations Associate.
What you will do
Analyze store performance to detect issues
Investigate store checkout issues, gaps in tracking, and managing coupon sources
Manage all tracking link creation, migration, upkeep and removal to support monetization effort
Manage prospecting emails and portray the value of our company to Merchants, the start of the client journey
Troubleshoot coupon code and sale ingestion and determine solutions for optimal ingestion and display
Identify process improvement, workflow operations, and complete new projects and audits as they arise
Investigate prospective merchants’ websites and checkout flows to qualify and onboard new partners and support monetization efforts
Communicate platform needs to Product team to enhance technical processes and workflow
Monitor store health and performance by analyzing AWS data
Who you are
3+ years experience in merchant operations or affiliate marketing platforms
Experience using Everflow platform
Data-driven
Strong passion for crypto
