Description: A Processing Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe operation production machinery to ensure continued and efficient production runs.
Must possess mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
Training will be necessary and will be offered to the candidate that takes initiative and wants to grow with a company that is expanding.
Processing Equipment Operator is responsible for routine machine maintenance such as changing parts, set up, cleaning and disassembly of equipment.
Processing Equipment Operator must learn and increase their knowledge of the product specifications and profitability potential as well as machinery operation and be able to make appropriate machinery adjustments to maximize product quality and yield as well as maximize product flow/line speed.
Processing Equipment Operator must be able to read, comprehend and enter data in English and are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of daily production paperwork.
This position may be required to direct work flow in an area and interact with Team Members to accomplish daily goals.
These openings are mainly on second shift Monday through Saturday, however some first shift positions may be available.
It is necessary to work over-time.
