Overview: Job Purpose:Ensure all production lines are kept fully supplied with materials and/or components as specified, at all times.
Add / remove appropriate totes / containers to lines as needed.
Place finished goods in appropriate lanes in warehouse.
Must be able to follow standard procedures set forth by production.
Attention to detail is required.
To perform work to meet company and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
· Will drive forklift to assist production with the movement of finished goods
· Will assist production by maintaining components on production line side
· The Material Handler shall perform Daily Forklift Inspection Sheet ASI-QFK-33 and ensure safe operation of forklift at all times.
· Inform the Group/Team Leader before the last box of parts or components is being used as well as responding immediately to instructions from the Group/Team Leader to supply moulded goods, component parts, scrap containers; empty cartons and skids so that the production line never stops.
· To supply Production Operators with packaging as per customer requirements by ensuring production operators are provided with cartons or bins free of any damage or debris.
· After approval from Quality Control, move box to finished goods storage area, close lid and immediately replace with an empty carton.
· After inspection, complete packaging for shipping purposes by checking the carton to ensure that the presence of a quality control stamp on part number label and closing each container with a lid and stacking containers as directed.
· Ensure there are no quality or production interruptions or errors due to your lack of giving or seeking information.
Qualifications: Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work area.Ability to work with minimum supervision, as part of a team.Hold a valid forklift license (training can be provided).
