An established Los Angeles-based and AV rated litigation boutique firm seeks a mid to senior level associate to litigate a wide variety of matters including on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts.
Matter subjects include products liability, insurance coverage (including bad faith) and business disputes.
The successful candidate must be capable of working with limited supervision and should be prepared to communicate with clients, draft and respond to written discovery and pleadings, take depositions, analyze issues and develop case strategies, implementing them through dispositive motion hearings, arbitration, mediation and trial.
Candidates must be a member of the California Bar in good standing, should have solid academic credentials and must be an ABA-approved law school graduate.
