Responsibilities:

Support a top producing mortgage originating team -you must love to talk to clients and provide world-class customer service to not only your clients but to your Top Producing Loan Officers.

Essential Role and Duties
Sales Administrative Support
  • Application generation
  • App packages, document collection
  • Work with LOs and others to assist in loan production
  • Thank You Cards
  • Business leader support
Business Development Support
  • Event support
  • Direct mail assistance and various marketing activities
  • Pipeline surveillance

Essential Functions

  • Assist Loan Officer with all aspects of a file from the time of contract, to closing and to ensure smooth movement of files from application to funding.
  • Make daily progress calls with Loan Officer and communicate file progress, daily schedules and current tasks
  • Manage all appointment scheduling for Loan Officer
  • Create mass distribution letters to help expand client base
  • Build and maintained trusting relationships with clients
  • Welcome correspondence (collateral/calls) to clients
  • Communicate directly with clients to collect documentation, or questions
  • Assist the Loan Officer with other administrative and/or sales duties as needed
  • Weekly status calls to the client (loan officer discretion)
  • Proactive communication with all parties involved in the transaction
  • Attend all pipeline reviews with processor
  • Set and track appointments for Loan Officer for referring Partners, seminars, Closings, etc.
  • Send out correspondence, thank you cards, after closing surveys, etc.
  • Assist the Loan Officer with other administrative duties as needed
  • Return phone calls
  • Continue to assume responsibilities and help the team grow
  • Make copies for Clients and copy packages/scans/uploads files
  • Establish and maintain effective professional business relationships with all levels of management, employee’s contacts.
  • Provide support in creation of routine documents and executive status updates, as needed.
  • Access data and complete spreadsheets to support weekly and monthly reporting needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Mortgage, Real Estate or related experience preferred.
  • Understands loan flow process from application to funding
  • Great communication & follow-up skills: Email & phone calls necessary throughout the process. Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Detail oriented: Review file documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Solution finding skills: Resolve file problems, bottlenecks and qualifying issues throughout production and underwriting process.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Solid computer skills: Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel required (ability to quickly learn systems/comfortable in a paperless environment).
  • Strong pipeline management skills
