This will be achieved through: Development and championing of the team’s strategy and plans to achieve the team’s business targets and brand goals through customer-focused work winning Supporting the overall long-term strategy, growth, and pipeline development of multi discipline engineering work for Buro Happold within the region Externally focused, develop and strengthen client and collaborator relationships through business to business meetings and industry events Support and mentor the team in the work winning strategy Maintaining and developing the highest standards of project delivery. Further responsibilities will include: Develop KPI’s with the partner in charge and align these with the regional strategy Develop the reputation of Buro Happold structural engineering as the best in class across a range of size and multi-discipline projects within the region and US Assist with developing fee estimates for all project types and ensure projects are delivered profitably, on schedule, and within scope and budget Set a strong example of client care and general consultancy, and support your team to do the same Manage relationships with internal and external clients, engineers and other stakeholders. Utilize opportunities to further work and win new commissions.
