Construction Litigation Attorney: A top ranked law firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-7 years of construction litigation experience. The firm handles a wide variety of construction-related matters (litigation and transactional), and represents design professionals, construction professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and owners. Extensive litigation practice.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with clients, the public, and individuals at all levels of the organization in a positive and collaborative manner.
- Excellent time and deadline management skills in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects, and re-prioritize quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience with insurance clients is preferred.
Experience with DISCO/Relativity preferred.
