Responsibilities:
You will make the higher-level strategic decisions for trial and how to move forward
Will only be doing litigation; will have around 50 cases
Depositions and prep clients for depositions
Opposing motions
Bringing motions
Summary judgments
Defending depos
Writing discovery
Working up a case from filing to trial
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting law and motion assignments
Meeting with clients and creating litigation strategy
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with at least 3 years of litigation and some employment exposure.
Must have 3 years of litigation
Can work a case independently from start to end
Deposition experience
Plaintiff experience is preferred
