We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who can provide effective support and organization to the VP office.This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.

ยง 730, et seq.).

As a condition of employment, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.

Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.Job DescriptionManage the calendar for the VP of DTake and distribute meeting minutes as requiredCoordinate all travel for VP and some direct staffMaintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of management, employees and outside companiesAct as a liaison, problem solver and facilitator as the first contact for the VP and senior leadersWork with sector stakeholders to align budget to business needs (e.g.

department expenses, business meetings, luncheons, dinners, etc.)Manage all Staff Quarterly and Offsite meetings (e.g.
