Expanding, growing, and STABLE law firm seeks Litigation Associate with 2+ years of handling civil litigation experience. The Litigation Associate will work on an interesting and varied litigation docket, taking cases to trial, and working cases start to finish. The Litigation Associate will handle a variety of complex cases.
The Litigation Associate will communicate directly with clients, appear in court, take depositions, manage assigned cases, and participate in sophisticated litigation opportunities. The Associate should have a fundamental understanding of discovery, motions practice, and case progression.

Job Requirements:
The team will consider attorneys with 2+ years of civil litigation experience and a stable work history.
