Real Estate Agent – New or Experienced
Link Brokerages is currently seeking out new or experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team

Link is a cloud-based, full-service brokerage. To best serve home buyers and sellers, we understand that agents need the proper tools and information. Link gives agents a platform that streamlines every aspect of real estate, from transaction/document management to getting a house on the market with in-house photography, termite inspections, home inspections, website builders, and more.
Compensation
What separates Link from traditional brokerages is our commission splits – All agents start with a 90/10 split regardless of experience or past performance. If agents are able to hit certain milestones, they are moved to 95/5 splits, as well as unlocking other features within the brokerage.
Real Estate agents are independent contractors not provided a salary or hourly rage. However, a full-time real estate agent at Link Brokerages can make $100,000+ in their first 1-2 years.
