Legal Intern

This is a unique learning opportunity for a law student to intern in-house at a rapidly growing start-up technology company located in the Arts District of Los Angeles.

Legal interns will work directly with the Company’s Corporate Counsel and other attorneys on the Legal team. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities.

Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as our baseline.

What you’ll do

  • Reviewing contract documents and analyzing common contractual clauses
  • Entering contract attributes into the Company’s document tracking system
  • Researching legal questions, compiling legal information and drafting memoranda
  • Other legal tasks, as requested by the Company

What youll need

  • Current law student
  • Good research, reading comprehension, writing, analytical and communication
  • Well-organized, self-directed, and able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Positive, can-do attitude a must
