The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal assistance to our Case Managers and Attorneys in our Woodland Hills, CA office.
Responsibilities
Handle communication with clients Locate and acquire case relevant information Handle property damage claims, including loss of use Update insurance adjusters and doctor’s offices on case status Request medical records, billing and final health insurance liens Draft correspondence Assist with administrative duties including database entry, filing, scanning, mailing, etc.
Qualifications
Experience in legal assistance (minimum 1 year, personal injury law preferred).
Strong organizational skills Ability to Multi-task Proficiency in Spanish
