A company in Chatsworth is looking for a bilingual Customer Service Rep!
Location: Chatsworth
Salary: $23-25/hr
Full Time Hours: 8:30am to 5:00 pm – Monday through Friday (some Saturdays)

Responsibilities
- Acts as liaison between clients and company.
- Answers customer questions and addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.
- Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
- Writes up reports of client and customer activity or complaints.
- Works directly with Chief installer (Luis) in coordinating install services.
- Schedules meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Meets with clients in person when they come in to the factory.
- Coordinates and maintains daily service calendar to schedule the (3) technician’s and their daily schedule. • Prepares paperwork for daily services.
- Generates invoices for any chargeable services while working with accounting and updating Market Sharp.
