Position Summary
The Learning Systems Administrator is responsible for ongoing learning content management for the Training and Sales Enablement Department, including the learning management system and Sharepoint sites. This position resides within the Training and Sales Enablement department, which is part of Revenue Operations.
This position could lead to a potential career path as an instructional designer.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Collaborates with the Instructional Designers and Sales Training teams to implement and maintain training materials in the company’s learning architecture. Systems include SuccessFactors LMS, Cornerstone LMS, Sharepoint, Brainshark, Spekit, etc.
- Imports content into the LMS and tests content to ensure its functionality
- Supports Instructional Designers and end-users when they need assistance troubleshooting a course
- Creates and assigns appropriate curricula in the LMS, assigns this content to the appropriate audience, and tracks completions.
- Aids the Sales Training Manager in technical tasks related to their workshops, including maintaining course websites, assigning self-study materials, recording attendance, etc.
- Creates and maintains training Sharepoint sites for the department
- Administers the Brainshark system, including user management, video coaching assignments, author training, and technical support
- Tracks and reports on learning analytics to appropriate stakeholders as it pertains to learning content utilization
- Creates and maintains documentation for each system in the company’s learning architecture
- Participates in learning-related project work
- Monitors the department email inbox and assists in triaging requests
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree and/or certifications in Education a plus.
- 2+ years of corporate Learning Management System experience strongly preferred (Success Factors and Cornerstone a plus)
- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC course types (xAPI a plus) and how to troubleshoot them
- Strong technical skills including a demonstrated ability to evaluate and learn unfamiliar software
- Capable user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Microsoft efficiency and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote)
- Brainshark administration experience a plus
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
