Learning & Development Operations Coordinator

The Center for Learning and Development (CLD) Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of superior learning events for our Partners and team members. Our approach to learning and development will differentiate us in the marketplace contributing to the attraction, engagement, growth and retention of high performing professionals and our reputation to provide world-class client service resulting in profitable growth.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for learning coordination including creating courses and course activities in the Firm’s Learning Management System (LMS), monitoring participant registration in the LMS, communicating upcoming programs and creating webcasts or the use of internal or external conference space.
  • Serve as a webcast producer to include scheduling and running of events, involving webcast creation, system demonstrations, soundchecks, event monitoring and troubleshooting, and creation of session archives.
  • Responsible for the coordination of program logistics and learning needs with individual office learning support resources including coordination of conference room needs, materials, IT requirements, catering and security list, off-site venue and event arrangements.
  • Responsible for obtaining, reproducing, and distributing program materials electronically and/or in hard copy.
  • Responsible for responding to Partner and team member inquiries on program scheduling, registration, and the use of the Firm’s learning platforms.
  • Maintain CLD program archives in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries in the L&D email box; and escalate as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the CLD team, including but not limited to Intranet site maintenance, program communication and scheduling to support CLD Managers, instructor coordination, data collection and analysis, and other administrative support functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 10% or less out of state travel expected for future L&D events

You will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Systems Development or business-related field preferred
  • experience supporting learning efforts, including event management, webcast administration, learning platform functions, etc. or related experience is preferred
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Must have a proactive approach and demonstrate analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Learning or HR experience in a professional services industry is preferred.
  • Experience using learning platforms is preferred.
