Your Mission
As the Lead, Talent Acquisition Training you are passionate about developing, harmonizing, and implementing a training program for Talent Acquisition across our Activision Blizzard landscape. In addition to training, you will lead the accurate onboarding and on-going support that will enable all Talent Acquisition professionals to unlock their greatest potential. The right player will be supportive of the TA learning strategy and ongoing TA program transformation. The Lead will partner across TA teams to coordinate various inputs for the TA training program and manage a master schedule of training. The Candidate Experience team provides a detailed operational experience for all partners including candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and other strategic partners.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes:

Engage with Talent Acquisition to identify training needs and own the master training schedule

Partner with our People Experience PMO and change management teams to ensure that improved programs, process and initiatives are socialized appropriately/effectively when implemented to our Talent Acquisition teams

Onboarding new TA professionals and provide ongoing training support for releases enhancements – this includes recruiters, sourcers and coordinators

Provide regional Tier 1/Tier 2 operations support to our Talent Acquisition team
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
-
Five (5) years experience in Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Operations, or related fields within HR

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Previous experience in providing training to a TA team

Superior interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Able to work well in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
