We need someone who can:
• Identifies and selects data from multiple disparate systems and organize that data to produce meaningful views of operational performance.
• Develops detailed operational dashboards ensuring requirements meet operational objectives to develop recommendations where applicable.
• Compiles cost assessment data for projects, and the integration of various project suppliers and vendors.
• Analyzes and recommends changes or improvements to service levels, staffing, volume, policies, and procedures, financial, audit, compliance, quality, and urgent operations problem resolution.
• Develops solid, well-rounded knowledge of a business organization, operating processes, and any governing policies and regulations over such programs.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at once.
• Keep client & stakeholders updated with theappropriate status calls by arranging meetings.
• Resolve issues, concerns and roadblocks for the team.
• Be responsible for the quality of the deliverables.
• Review Estimations, Designs, Implementation Approaches and any other deliverables.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience serving as a primary liaison and facilitating assigned working sessions with multiple Operations teams to meet operational and customer objectives.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in Data analysis and Management
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
• Should be able to handle delivery of operational work efforts and work closely with customers and tracking SLAs and Deliverables.
• Should have excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Should have excellent MS Excel skills along with Pivot and Macros experience.
• Should have excellent MS PowerPoint Skills for creating presentations for stake holders.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC.
