Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience and have strong knowledge of rules of evidence and procedure. Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience
- Must be admitted to the CA State Bar
- Federal court experience a plus
- JD Degree
- Excellent writing skills
Responsibilities:
- Draft motions (including but not limited to motions for summary judgment and discovery motions)
- Make court appearances as needed
- Respond to written discovery
- Conduct Legal research
Base Salary 150k-185k (DOE) + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package
