As an A.P.C.

keyholder, you represent the brand’s image in our stores.

Your main goal is to reach sales objectives assigned by A.P.C.’s management while supporting the Store Manager on any operational task at the manager’s discretion.

You act as an ambassador for the brand by demonstrating impeccable presentation and behavior, following A.P.C.’s selling ceremony, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You are a dynamic key holder looking to build a strong relationship with clients to grow the business.

Sales
Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals Serve customers according to A.P.C.’s selling ceremony Deliver exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers while exceeding their needs Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as A.P.C.’s history and heritage
– Guarantee cross and up-selling for all products categories Develop a loyal client following by building genuine relationships with customers
– Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information (CRM) in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones
Operations
Take full key holder responsibilities for the store in the absence of the manager and lead by example Open and close the store’s POS system according to A.P.C.’s procedure
– Contribute to managing the visual displays of the products in accordance with A.P.C.’s visual standards Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures Follow A.P.C.’s grooming and uniforms guidelines Adhere at all times to company policies and operating procedures Assist in the management of all stocks control in the store and keeping shrinkage levels below the target Maintain a safe working environment Undertake ad-hoc projects as deemed appropriate by management
