Stock Associate The Stock Associate is responsible for the receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise within the store as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor. You will assist customers as needed, delivering a best-in-class consumer experience and contributing to an inclusive environment where you are free to be you. You will ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom areas. How you will do it: By using strong communication skills, you will work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results. You will adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices and company directives. You will protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report all concerns to management. Skills for Success Years of Related Professional/Retail Experience: •Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Educational Position Requirements: •A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Physical Requirements: •Standing required for entire work shift •Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds (as needed) What we expect you already know: Communication skills with the ability to be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
