The successful candidate will be able to remain organized in a fast- paced work environment. ** Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Enter orders into computer system quickly, accurately and efficiently to meet required cut off times and deadlines * Establish entry priority and identify and interpret data to be entered * Process orders by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the appropriate customer service representative for resolution * Will verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data * May be called upon to work directly with customers to take their orders * Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes as needed * Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Filing and/or scanning of documents * Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed * Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job ** Qualifications** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
