Job Description The role is an integral part of PXO’s finance team. Assisting the FP&A team with weekly, biweekly and monthly reporting of the sales and studio forecast. The person in this role will ensure that the communication is as seamless as possible between all departments including sales, production, finance and accounting. During the bi-weekly Ops report meetings with studio heads and production this individual will provide support to accurately present the latest forecast highlights based on the latest EADs and project tracking. This role requires someone who will bring energy and passion about the industry to this diverse and highly creative company. Key Responsibilities Generate weekly/biweekly reports detailing sales and margin performance by project as compared to budget and previous forecasts. Investigate, analyze and interpret project/sales data for the sales tracker. While ensuring that unconfirmed bids are included in the Studio/Global forecast. Ensure the biweekly EADs are accurate to company standards and include all current confirmed and unconfirmed projects. Ad-hoc analysis, including revenue/cost forecasting for the studio and group needs. Interact with corporate and field level accounting, finance, and production staff to gather and compile data needed to conduct analysis or address management requests. Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance, or accounting. Highly motivated and self-starting attitude. Ability to work well under pressure, accurately, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Experience working in a business with international reach and growth agenda, ideally with a creative production element. Strong Excel skills; knowledge of AMO CRM and SAP Business ByDesign a plus. Proactive, professional demeanor with strong communication and can-do attitude. Ability to think creatively and work cross functionally with other departments. Excellent organization skills and able to adapt and be flexible as needed. A fun team player with a positive attitude that is in line with PXO’s culture.
