Technical Trainer – Legal
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 non-exempt
Location: Downtown Los Angeles – must be local for onsite in the future

Summary:
Do you have a passion for IT and education? The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and developing quality training for attorneys, staff and other firm end users across multiple locations. You will work closely with the user community to research, evaluate, and implement new technology products. This individual will follow up routinely to assure successful implementation of instructional strategies.

1.) 3+ years of relevant work in a law firm environment.
2.) Thorough knowledge of legal software systems: Microsoft Office Suite 2016, iManage (or similar), Adobe Acrobat, and Crowther Macro Systems (or similar).
3.) Detail oriented, independent, critical thinker.
4.) Excellent written and verbal communication.
