IS Contracts Analyst-No C2C

Our client in the Los Angeles, CA area is currently seeking an IS Contracts Analyst to join their organization for an open ended contract role. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years experience reviewing IS contracts with substantial legal terms and conditions knowledge. The role will be fully remote, but you are expected to work PST business hours. No C2C option is available for this role.

Job Duties May Include:

The IS Contract Analyst is responsible for the processing, implementation, tracking and monitoring of IS agreements. In this role, the IS Contract Analyst coordinates the contract review process with members of the contracts team, legal team, business owners, and other departments as needed. The IS Contract Analyst reviews submitted contract documents against our IS contracting standards, provides feedback and guidance to our IS team, and consultation to our IS leadership and business owners as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED (Juris Doctorate or Paralegal certification strongly preferred.)
  • A minimum of two years of contract review and processing experience required with substantial knowledge of legal terms and conditions, and/or comparable experience interacting with IS vendors, solutions, and contracts
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Developed negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment, securing buy-in and agreement through collaborative efforts
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze business practices and translate to contractual requirements
  • Demonstrate ability to understand the timing and cycles of contract negotiations
  • Demonstrate ability to manage a complex process with multiple stakeholders and multiple variables
  • Demonstrate ability to show consistent process improvement and awareness of LEAN principles
  • Demonstrate ability to track details and nuances of a technical vendor documents
