Financial Analyst Support Center, 34 West Gay St, Columbus, Ohio, United States of America Req 237 Tuesday, July 20, 2021 What You’ll Do: The Financial Analyst
– Prime Costs will perform activities to monitor and maintain inventory and labor.
Other responsibilities include evaluating inventory levels, maintaining inventory records, and preparing reports.
Role Focuses: Review weekly store inventories before posting in General Ledger System Review variance reports with Operations department to find variances/opportunities Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations for new menu items and new products to enter in Accounting/Inventory System Maintaining inventory system Reviewing planned sales vs actual sales to compare labor variances Helping analyze labor grid to optimize scheduling Produce a timely and accurate flash report each week Working with multiple departments (Accounting, Operations, IT, etc) to ensure projects are getting done Working directly with store leaders to review performance on food and labor results Help identify efficiencies and potential risks Requirements: 1-3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Inventory Analyst, Labor Analyst, etc.
– in a restaurant environment preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or a related field preferred Restaurant kitchen/management experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively in speech & writing Expert level Excel skills Experience with Compeat or other inventory system Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to analyze problems and create a solution Compensation: Up to $70k/year Why Should You Join Our Team?
