This position will extend to all aspects of Receiving, Purchasing, and Inventory Control as well as coordination of equipment and material for customer jobs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains on time and accurate incoming receiving.Create and Maintain Invoices for incoming jobsProcess purchase orders as neededMaintain, organize, and clean warehouses and stockroom.Assist with cycle countsAssists with physical inventoriesRequired Qualifications:Valid driver’s license with clean, insurable driving recordHigh School diploma with 3 years of experience equivalentStrong organizational skillsExcellent Computer skillsEffectively and professionally communicate with other departments and with vendors/suppliers.Knowledge of basic Accounting and Finance processes.In-depth understanding and experience using the entire MS Office suiteWorking experience of QuickBooks and Service Titan a plus.Excellent attendance and willingness to work overtime as neededResponds in a positive way to stressful situations and feedback.General knowledge in HVAC a plus.
