Essential Functions
- Prepares and/or reviews US international tax related forms, such as Form 5471, 8865, 8858, FBAR, 1120-F, and 5472.
 - Prepares and/or reviews the compliance of Streamlined Procedures.
 - Assumes responsibility for smooth flow of tax returns through the tax preparation system to ensure accurate, complete and timely preparation and delivery of all clients’ tax returns.
 - Maintains knowledge of firm technology and systems
 - Consistently adopts firm’s learning culture to expand knowledge of general and international tax developments.
 
Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- 2+ years of experience preparing or reviewing US tax related compliance engagements (International Tax experience a plus)
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 - Strong interpersonal skills, including proven experience liaising with clients.
 - Self starter with the ability to work independently and use good judgment.
 - Demonstrate strong interest in international tax area.
 
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, J.D. or related equivalent, CPA certification is a plus.
 - Minimum of forty hours of continuing education is required each year to maintain and develop technical and business skills, as well as to maintain license requirements.
