Interactive Compliance Administrator

Job Overview Under the direction of the Director of Compliance, this position is responsible for B2B real money iGaming compliance, from a licensing and product perspective, in legal licensed jurisdictions worldwide.

Responsibilities The employees primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Act as a liaison to gaming authorities, tribes, gaming regulators and outside counsel as may be necessary; respond to requests from gaming authorities, tribes, gaming regulators and outside counsel in a courteous and professional manner.

Confidentially and timely manage the due diligence process for new game suppliers and B2C operators (Third Party(ies)).

File completed due diligence packets for Third Parties with the Companys outside counsel, if applicable, and consistently following up to ensure any additional information is provided to ensure timely approval by regulatory authorities according to the priorities set forth by the business.

Timely maintaining the compliance database for all iGaming licenses.

Perform audits of the compliance database for all iGaming product and iGaming licenses.

Understand and Maintain a working knowledge of all certified software products to ensure only approved software is available Run compliance checks prior to iGaming software uploads to ensure gaming product is approved and licensing requirements are met in each jurisdiction software upload is to take place Timely updating the game register including notification to: (i) the UK GC; (ii) the Government of Gibraltar (GOG), as appropriate; (iii) any other regulators, as applicable; and (iii) the relevant operator(s).

File all reports and request any supporting payments, if required, for all jurisdictions for which the Company holds iGaming licenses.

Work with other departments, as needed to obtain any necessary information and ensure all reports are filed accurately prior to due dates.

Take steps necessary to ensure compliance with all current iGaming licensing requirements and avoid or remedy any license breaches timely to ensure AGS does not incur any fines, disciplinary actions or lose any iGaming licenses.

Work closely with the licensing team to prepare, manage and submit applications to various gaming authorities in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Monitor license issuance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Engage in various methods of research, both internal and external, related to regulatory compliance.

Respond to and coordinate complex document requests and requests for production in connection with applications and investigations in a timely manner adhering to deadlines and regulatory rules and procedures.

Maintain, monitor and update licensing/compliance procedures in assigned jurisdictions and communicate jurisdictional requirements with agencies; communicate changes/updates to regulations to licensing and compliance team members and management Provide consistent and thorough follow-up with employees and gaming authorities.

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding company and employee information and company activities.

Assist with special projects as assigned.

Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements Associates Degree or higher required; 3 or more years experience with a gaming company required; 2 or more years experience with iGaming company preferred Thorough understanding of legal terminology Must have comprehensive understanding of gaming regulations In-depth knowledge and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, and Outlook; Adobe Professional Document Software; and Calendaring proficiency is mandatory Must have excellent organizational skills, excellent phone and customer service skills and ability to cold call new regulatory jurisdictions Must be able to work with a sense of urgency Aptitude for problem solving and finding alternative solutions Strong attention to detail, accuracy and excellent proof-reading skills Strong Internet and court research skills Ability to work independently but within a team environment and be accountable for work and work product Ability to multi-task, monitor and meet regulatory deadlines, ensuring accuracy while managing multiple projects and prioritizing workload Must exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written Able to become proficient in ArdentSky and other internal software/system programs or applications Ability to maintain database, extract, query and prepare reports Effective and consistent communication methods and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management, employees, and gaming authorities.
