Event Staff for Super Bowl 56

A+ Staffing is now hiring Wayfinders for Super Bowl 56 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA.

Wayfinders are ambassadors for Los Angeles and representatives of the NFL at the Super Bowl.

Local staff with a passion for their hometown are encouraged to apply.

Date/Time: Sunday, February 13, 2022 – 6AM-9PM

Training Dates/Times: Wednesday, February 9th OR Thursday, February 10th – 6:00pm-10:00pm

Job Description:

Wayfinders will be strategically stationed along the route to SoFi Stadium, ready to provide a warm welcome and directional assistance to Fans as they make their way to the Super Bowl.

Staff will hold lollipop signs or handheld signs with wayfinding messaging, and will be proactive and vocal when directing pedestrian traffic along the safest path to their point of entry.

Wayfinders will enjoy a dinner break during the first half of the game before returning to their posts after half time to assist Fans with exiting the stadium and finding their way to their mode of transportation.

Staff will NOT be inside the stadium.

Staff will NOT be able to watch the game.

Requirements:
Must be high energy and enthusiastic.
Must be fan focused and provide excellent customer service.
Must be committed to making a positive impact on the overall success of the event.
Must be able to work outdoors and on your feet for long periods.
Must be able to work the entire shift on Super Bowl Sunday.

No partial shifts or shorter shifts are available.
Must pass a Level 1 FBI background check.
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Uniform provided by the NFL.

Staff must supply black pants and comfortable closed toed black shoes.

Pay: $21.00 per hour + OT and DT (paid on Friday, February 18th)
